Some business leaders believe that the social, economic, and environmental challenges of the 2020s require new approaches to leadership and responsibility.  And it is a question we tossed around during our last executive session until one of our team leads reminded the group that this is how Cadorath has changed and grown and secured a strong position in our marketplace. We reminded ourselves that growth, change, and empowerment, is not for the faint of heart and it certainly is does not occur in isolation. If a cross section of employees, from the various teams, do not have input in identifying the challenges, and then developing creative modes to outfox them, we would fall far, far, behind.

Strong leaders embrace change and employee empowerment on a continuous basis instead of waiting for the next meaningful decade!
